Mini Monday posts are back with a new little look! I have been spending a lot of time doodling on my iPad since I’ve come to NYC, and I want to be able to share my adventures, inspirations, outtakes, and fave products in a little package for you every Monday, doodles and all. 🙂
This week was chock full of experiences, friends (new and old), and neat new discoveries. Without further adieu, here is a little post to jumpstart your week!
A NEW FAVE PRODUCT
The newest cult beauty product that I’ve seen floating around lately is Fur, a line of products designed for caring for your pubic hair. Whether you’re grown out or shaved or somewhere in between, their products help prevent ingrowns and keep you moisturized and healthy! I also love that it works well for all genders! I personally tried out the Fur Oil and I immediately realized a difference — it reduced redness and bumps, and made my next grooming sesh much easier. Love how cute the bottle is too! It’s about time we had natural and well-branded options for our ~*~genitals~*~ | You can check out Fur here!
A LITTLE OUTTAKE
Heres a little outtake from shooting my Instagram pic in front of the Flatiron Building this week! If you were wondering what was happening, I was standing in that spot so that Rachel could get her camera settings right for her photo in the same spot. I never know what to do when standing there for a test photo, hahaha. It was a really fun day and a little bit cloudy, and I was very proud of the photos we took together.
AROUND NEW YORK
I’ve been addicted to trying all of the brunch spots out since I moved here, and I love the look of Juliette, a cute little brunch place in Williamsburg. The area I’m sitting at in this photo is a greenhouse/sunroom and it is FULL of plants. It made me feel so tranquil as I ravaged eggs benedict and an elderflower mimosa.
Here’s a cute little playlist to boost you up for the week! I’ve been listening to these songs on the subway lately. I have a really bad habit of only listening to songs I loved like six-seven years ago, and I’m trying to embrace it more. These are all happy pop indie hits that I’ve been in love with for a long time that brighten my day, even in the harsh light underground on the train.
